Contracts Manager (m/f), Nagpur in Nagpur, Maharashtra

Your tasks:
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, and administration and maintenance of documentation
- Create or update and maintain forms, templates and other materials used to manage and document the company’s agreements, and used asdrafting/negotiation tools
- Communicate contractual and business risks to senior/executive management for approval
- Draft and negotiate agreements and other documents such as client contracts, amendments, schedules, nondisclosure agreements and other standard legal documents such as forms and customer account applications
- Draft new agreements and addendums, prepare and manage various types of contractual documents as needed for a variety of business purposes
- Administer, negotiate, amend, and terminate contracts as requested by internal stakeholders
- Act as subject matter expert providing contractual and business advice relating to contract terms and conditions
- Draft, negotiate and manage agreements based on existing templates including non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements, master services  agreements, statements of work, schedules and exhibits
- Work withoutside counsel as needed
- Persuasively advocate for and effectively represent the company and its positions to third parties

- Must be analytical and able to solve problems- Possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- 1-3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be detail oriented
